Welcome to Slacor. By accessing our services and website (slacor.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Slacor, currently operating as a freelance digital marketing agency, delivering services globally.

Charges

To initiate services, clients must pay the first month’s charges as outlined in their proposal. Payment is accepted monthly or in extended billing cycles, based on client preference. Invoices are generally generated on the 1st of each month, with the initial invoice being pro-rated from the official onboarding date.

Agreement Term, Cancellation & Refunds

All services are offered in monthly increments. Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month’s management fee, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

Clients may cancel services at any time with a minimum of 10 days’ notice before the next billing cycle begins to avoid further charges. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by Slacor to be effective.

Billing & Payment Methods

Clients may pay via:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer (ACH or Wire)

  • UPI (for Indian clients)

  • PayPal or other international gateways (where applicable)

All invoices will include complete payment instructions.

No Liability Disclaimer

Slacor, its associates, or subcontractors shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Website downtime

  • Licensing or regulatory issues

  • Loss of data

  • Third-party tool limitations or outages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month during which the dispute arises.

Communication

Clients agree to maintain timely and clear communication with the Slacor team. Delays or lack of cooperation from the client may affect project performance without impacting agreed service costs.

Use of Tools and Data

Slacor utilizes a variety of third-party tools including but not limited to:

  • Google Analytics

  • Facebook Pixel

  • CRMs and automation platforms

  • SEO and keyword tracking software

Data collected via the website or third-party tools is used solely for service delivery and campaign optimization.

Changes to Terms

Slacor may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
